Terms, in plain English.

hellokojak is run by Kojak, from Bahrain. It is a one person operation.

Payment is handled by Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Gumroad takes your money, issues your invoice, handles any tax due, and delivers the files. Your card details go to Gumroad and never to this site. Payment disputes and chargebacks run through Gumroad too.

All three are downloads. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing physical.

Gumroad sends your download straight after payment goes through. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email me at kojak@hellokojak.com and I will sort it out.

When you buy, you get a personal licence for one person. That is you. You can use the files for your own work, and for the work of the business you run.

You cannot resell them, give them away, publish them, repackage them into your own product, or share your download link. If a friend wants the AI OS Kit, send them to the site, not to your files.

The AI OS Kit, The AI OS Prompt Pack and Your AI Team are instructions, prompts and templates. They are made to be used inside AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.

You subscribe to those tools separately. I do not sell them, control them, or set their prices, limits or rules. Their terms apply to your use of them, and if one of them changes how it works, that is outside my hands. I keep the products updated when it matters, free, for as long as they are on sale.

I do not promise you will make money, save a set number of hours, or get any particular result. These products are instructions and templates. What you get out of them depends on what you put in, what business you are in, and how much of it you actually do.

Prices can change. The price you pay is the one shown at the checkout on the day you buy. I can update, improve or retire a product. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
